Not getting anything for V-Day?

For those of you that aren't getting anything for Valentines day (and are in a relationship) are you upset? My SO is deployed, and valentines day really isn't a huge deal, but I've never gotten anything for it to date. Was hoping maybe this time would have been different ( his deployment was unexpected).

I don't really care. Dh got a valentines gift a few hours late 7 years ago. We spend the weekend celebrating ds's birthday.

No, we decided years ago that valentines day would be time to do something as a family to remember ho important we are to each other. Not a tm to purchase items for each other. Wehave enough gift giving holidays as it is.

No, I am not upset. I told DH please not to get me anything. I just don't care about it.

Nope. I am taking my date to chuckle cheese tomorrow night. My daughter lol. Even when I was in a relationship I told my exes not to buy me anything especially flowers as they are way overpriced for that one day.

I honestly don't care either way. DH is home this year for Valentine's day, and that's enough of a gift for me. He's been working the last 2.
