Did you get anything for your husband for Valentines?

Do you buy each other gifts or do romantic gestures (sexual or otherwise) for each other?  Do you exchange cards?  Do you go out for dinner or do you make a meal together?  Do you think its just a commercial holiday for the chocolate, card and flower companies to make money?

Valentine's Day is different for everyone, so what is yours usually like?

He gave me flowers, last night. I bought him a card and balloooons. Well, my toddler took over the balloons. We have a date tonight. Nothing major, just a thoughtful thing and some time together. No big fancy gifts.

Yes, and I just use it as an excuse to do something fun for each other. He's been traveling for work, and is due home tomorrow night so I redecorated our room as a surprise. I also got him cocktail flavored jelly bellys, and valentine's themed underwear for both of us.

I'm cooking dinner, but he picked it out. I got him a card & 2 lbs of really good fudge. It'll just be a quiet evening at home, just the 2 of us.

He got me a fitbit and will have some special ordered lavender roses tomorrow. Not sure if he has anything else up his sleeve.

I got him a foot spa, tree tea crystals for the spa, sex checks, sex coupons, Reese's hearts, a teddy bear and a card

Oh and a mini rose plant in a bee vase that says "bee mine".

Dh usually gets me flowers. We sometimes go to dinner or something, but we don't really care about Valentine's day.

No way. I don't celebrate it in a romantic sense; I only make it special for my Kid.
