Just came up in my mind about last night, I was crying with BF in my new house. Nobody's in here but us... but after I cried, I heard my very same voice crying also on the stairs. It's a new house and there's no neighbor near us. No kids too. We never talked about it until morning.. I mentioned about what I heard and he said he heard it too but he just shut his mouth coz he's doesn't wanna scare me. Such a Creepy experience!

Have you had any experience/s with ghost or spirits too?

Maybe, I try to ignore things that freak me out.

Yes, I've had a few experiences. Same goes experiences with 'energy' i.e feeling it opposed to seeing or hearing. I've been having insanely bad anxiety, like so badly. I was unable to sleep for so long, I'd toss and turn all night. We've saged the house and ourselves, and I just realized the other day that since then my anxiety has been better, and I've been able to stay asleep.

Look into saging and also what to say while youre saying. You don't want to invite the wrong one in.
