I am her maid of honor, almost everything is done and perfect BUT....

I am confused on organizing the rehersal dinner. She wants me to decide seating arrangements and there are people in both families that apparently do not get along at all. I don't want this to go to hell and be to blame for it because I made the decisions... What do I do?

it's not your "job" the Grooms Family hosts the Rehearsal Dinner

1 mom liked this
I always thought the grooms family orgizned the dinner. :/

And honestly she or the groom should do the seating because of the conflicts with the family

I'd make the grooms family do it, or open seating.

Have one or two reserved tables for the bride and groom and their parents.... Have everything else as open seating...

its definitely a grooms family thing and i like the idea of open seating then it guarentees no conflict at least that youre not held accountable for
