How long does it take?

What are the symptoms?

Are there ways to reverse it or 'cure' an animal after posioning?

it's incredibly painful for the animal. I have watched a cat die from it and it is agonizing. There is no "reversal"

It is horrifically painful and messy. No cure. If you are thinking about poisoning an animal with antifreeze, you are a pig.

It is a slow painful death. I do not believe it can be reversed.

Anyone who wants to poison an animal is disgusting. I don't care what the reason is. Everything deserves some type of compassion and humanity.
