If You Were A Juror On A Murder Trial, Would You,

Let the other jurors scare you into going along with what they think, or would you stand you ground, and even it it meant, it would be a hung jury, stay with what you think. If you think the person is innocent, and the other eleven people thought that person was guilty, or vice versa.

No. If I didn't 100% believe a person is guilty I could not live with myself knowing I was party to someone going away for life or facing death penalty.

It depends.

Wanting to go home to my family might be enough to agree with them.

But if it was really brutal, violent and disgusting.. I might stand my ground.

I wish I could sit that long, to be a juror, on a murder trial. I wouldn't let the other jurors scare me at all. I would stay with what I thought. I'm just as smart as anyone else, and thers is no one that could make me think different. I would stand my ground, and go with what I think, even if it meant a hung jury.

I'm pretty stubborn. I wouldn't sway my opinion to please others. This is a persons life we're talking about here.
