He is 16 .He often talks about when he gets married, how his wife will work and not sit around and do nothing. If I mention buying something he will say "actually dad bought that,because you don't have any money".Yes,I know he is acting like a ass.My dh doesn't have this attitude.He tells him we are a team and work together for our family. How do your older kids feel about you staying home?

Wow, sounds like he is very selfish, self-centered, entitled and disrespectful. Typical of 16yo mentality, but I would be nipping that disrespect in the bud!

Pretty sure I'd smack the crap out of my son if he talked to me like that. That is so disrespectful, you clearly need to teach him some manners and respect. Attitude like that comes from somewhere.
