What do you give your tween for menstrual cramps?

There's like a teen version of midol in the stores, but I just took Tylenol when I was younger

The same thing you'd give her for a headache.    Tylenol or Motrin

I have 2 and I give them Motrin. It helps them.

My girls take the pills , they by a dr's ok can take 2 , 200mg tablets but if your dd can't swallow pills ,then you can still do liquid .

I give her tylenol and motrin, half a dose each. The combination really seems to help my dd. I also give her a heating pad.

a good old fashioned heating pad always worked for me.
