I think I smoothie, maybe whole juice? Lol I throw whole fruits and veggies in my blender. Better than juicing as lots of fruits and veggies have lots of nutrients in their peels/skins. I use kale, spinach, blueberries, strawberries, pineapples, apples, banana.. Fill the blender half way with water, blend.

Oops. I forgot native organic honey and hemp powder for protein. I also add dragon fruit powder for more energy.

I like veggie juice, so tomato, cucumber, celery, carrots, parsley, a radish and a clove of garlic.

I could live on that stuff.

DH prefers whey protein.

I've tried whey before. I have a sensitivity. It causes stomach issues, gas and zaps all energy. That is why I went to hemp. No issues with it, at all.
