And flipped through it to see what pictures it had. Cookie Monster ate an apple, a salad, a slice of watermelon, and a book. Not one cookie. I put it back on the shelf.

Ya they changed it, how stupid. I mean wtf is a veggie monster?! I love cookie monster but not like this.

If he'd had a cookie on one page and the salad on another it wouldn't have bothered me.

Maybe they should change cookie monster so that cookie monster is like his superhero name. I.E. Peter Parker is Spiderman?

In this book they were a "not even" snack. That was my issue.

He's a monster for cookies, he has binge eating issues. He neeeeeds his cookies!!! Let the monster have his cookie and then perhaps have him attending eaters anonymous and crying while on the scale.

I wish they'd stop messing with the classics.
