Mine self-weaned well before then, but if that's what floats your boat, more power to you.

It's not ok when they ask their teacher to give them a "snack", which happened to my friend who teaches preschool.  She had a good time trying to come up with a way to word that in the note she sent home without worrying the mom was going to flip shit on her.  Also, not ok for your kid in school to ask the teacher to wipe your butt.

I know that there are nursers at this age and older.   Of course, these families rarely share with many others!
