I have been reading this all day and I'm seriously considering it. I thought about doing it with my kids too but now I'm thinking ill start with myself at first. Anyone have a good recipe for poo free?

It's not all it's cracked up to be.   Sulfate free shampoo used to be the in thing, now it's going out.   In fact, you can find much of that stuff on clearance now.    You can try it.

Not me. I just use Shea Moisture.

No recipes.  I usually rack up enough money back earned from purchases that I get my shampoo free, lol.

Fertilizer, fish guts and cabbage.

I'm confused. Why would you not want to use shampoo?

It's about using shampoo without chemicals (poo), poo free.

I went 'poo free and was for about a year and a half. I recently started using Desert Essence shampoo but I'm looking forward to trying this recipe out
