I have been having panic attacks for 2 hours. I can't calm down. I know people will bash but anyone know something I can do to make them stop. I'm pregnant so can't take anything. I'm really having a hard time and no idea what to do.

Thanks for all the help guys. The panic attacks have stopped and I talked to my therapist.

Control breathe- deep breath in with one, breathe out thinking/ saying two and so on- get to twenty and start back at one repeat until able to focus

I've tried breathing exercises. I'm bipolar and schizophrenic. I have a lot of mental health issues but this is the worst I've had in a long time. Every time I get control it starts back up.

All I can suggest is taking a warm bath and/or calling your doctor for more advice. (((Hugs)))

Get out a photo album and look at pictures. A cool rag on your neck and wrists also helps.

I'm scared they will lock me up. I don't want to be separated from my family.

An ounce of red wine might help you calm down, along with a warm bath. Chocolate does wonders too.

Go outside in the cool air, take off your shoes and stand on the cold ground.

Go to the ER if this continues. Panic attacks reduce oxygen.

During pregnancy you can take Benadryl. Benadryl will calm you.
