I don't know really if jobs can do this in my state but we are a medical state. Dh just got his med card if he had to take a drug test could they hold that agence him or our landlord it there are complaints about him smoking. Whets the difference between pot being proscribed to him for his PTSD and my Valium proscribed for me for my anxiety wish I could have some thing more natural

because pot is still against federal law, which supersedes state law

Medically, the pot is actually probably better than the valium.  But YES, he can definitely still get in trouble if his job drug tests.  Even though it's legal for medical reasons in your state, many employers can and do still have a zero tolerance policy, and they can fire him even if he has a medical mj card.

He could be fired and your landlord is within their rights to evict you.

I'm just worried I don't want to be evicted for some thing that is medically necessary just a hard spot to be in I guess and I believe the Valium is so much worse I hate it

A med card does not protect you from losing your job or your place of residence. It only makes it legal for you to carry it on you.
