and this why I need a vehicle

My ds is sn. My dh has been taking my car to work because his truck is broke down. It has been going on 2 weeks now. Last week we made it with just taking my son down. Today I get a call that I need to pick him up. I can't. My truck doesn't have a water pump or a fan on it. I told them I can't. I don't know what we can do. The vice principal is supposed to call me back.

This is why we always have 2 vehicle. I couldn't do this all the time.

Is he acting out or something? Is it often he has to be picked up?

On these type of rare emergency cases, I just call a cab. It's expensive, but it is rare. That being said, I can relate... we've been a one vehicle family for many years. I will be glad when our investments mature next month and we can get that new vehicle. It's definitely not ideal having just one vehicle.

After we get this shitty truck fix we are trading it for something smaller, better on gas and not as old.

Ask neighbor and offer them gas money to derive you there. I have been there when my car was broke down. You can always call a taxi.
