Just found out I might lose my job due to they are cutting my department completely. I CAN NOT afford to not have a job so what can I do To my resume in order to make it more appealing to potential employers? I only have basic training in computers and no higher education after high school. My experience is mainly in customer service.

Play up your customer service skills. Instead of customer service put client relationship specialist. If you handled customers one on one, put personal advisor, things like that.

Also, local colleges offer classes for Microsoft word and excel pretty cheap, and alot of employer look for skills in both of those.
