Be honest, if you could say where your taxes went too, if you were able to chose what departments your money went too, would you give any of it to PA programs?

Yes, the elderly and the disabled will always need some sort of help at sometime,and should always be able to receive help.

I'd rather a hundred lazy bums get my taxes than let a child starve.

(Which by the way its more like 1000 children per lazy bum)

I think PA programs are absolutely necessary, so yes, I absolutely would. I'd also give the other half of my taxes to fund affordable abortions.
