i was on fb before i went to work this morning, saw my ex had put up pictures of his wife in labor. my dd was in the water birthing tub with her step mom (sick....) and there were 5 other people standing around staring into the tub.....including dd's step moms 95 year old great grandmother.......again sick......i just checked fb again and dd has a new baby sister....and was still in the tub as her step mom had the baby.......come on! that shit is messy and gross and you leave her in there? no one bothers to get her out before the woman pushes the kid out?

To each their own I guess. It's not my thing but some people want it to be a family experience.

Yeah  I am not sure why you would leave big sister in a body of water that holds other bodily fluids when baby is born. The other parts I have no issue with since home births usually involve more family members.
