Not really. But I have a question why does my nipple hurt
I know I know go to the doctor. I don't have a doctor locally yet and don't really want to go to urgent care saying my nipples hurt.

It started last week.I thought it was because I was on my period but they still hurt. It I rub it on anything if I touch it if dh touches it. Not my boobs just one nipple.

Is there a growth on it or a rash that could be irritating you?

Tmi I know... but I had this one time when dd was about a year old. My whole nipple hurt. After a few days a GIANT freaking zit appeared right next to my nipple. It was awful and it hurt so bad.

It could have started due to your period and if you keep fiddling with it seriously it will stay irritated, has happened to me before. I saw on Dr Oz he said women complain about this and worry about this all the time...are you touching it a lot out of worry?
