Iam no longer with verizon if i get a court order to get old texts will they give them and how far back can they go?

They usually don't have a way to retrieve them.

I looked it up and it said i can get them i just need a court order i've only had one other phone through verizon

You would have to have a very good reason to get a court order. Most judges won't unless police investigation.

Good luck. By the time you get it and get Verizon legal dept served they will prob be gone. They usually charge you for time spent sorting through ones they can retrieve

I've heard that you can get them, but only the super recent ones.
