I am about 160 pounds and 5 foot. I am concidered obese because my bmi is 32. I want to get down to 125 eventually and hopefully fit into a bikiny by summer, but I don't think that will happen. I don't know what strengh training, cardio, ect is so I need specific examples.. Thank you.
I tried doing insanity and I just about died. I only made it through 12 minutes of the fit test and couldn't breath and threw up. I decided it is not for me and I am going to start off with something a little bit easier.. I already did day 1 and "monday" for these, any other suggestions?
