Thank you for your support. My other post was called

"I am obese *pictures*"

I am about 160 pounds and 5 foot. I am concidered obese because my bmi is 32. I want to get down to 125 eventually and hopefully fit into a bikiny by summer, but I don't think that will happen. I don't know what strengh training, cardio, ect is so I need specific examples.. Thank you.

I tried doing insanity and I just about died. I only made it through 12 minutes of the fit test and couldn't breath and threw up. I decided it is not for me and I am going to start off with something a little bit easier..  I already did day 1 and "monday" for these, any other suggestions?

I didn't see your original post but you motivated me to work out honestly .I am 5"3/5"4 and 157 . I am completely unhappy with my body . never knew I would be motivated by someone online . so thank you for the motivation .

By the way I want to try them because they look like they are working for you. Great job. Keep it up.

Just dont give up! No one ever said it was going to be easy. It takes work and dedication. Dont Try to loose weight, Do It!

because you put yourself out there online . I dont have the guts to do that . I use clothing to hide my shape instead of doing something about it .

Did you try those exercises??? I bet you will be sore tomorrow......they look easy but kick your ass

There is another exercise chart but I can't find it now
