S/O sooo...if a girl is "partly" at fault for wearing a short skirt when raped is a girl "partly" at fault if she wears flip flops. DRAMA MAJOR

and a man with a foot fetish rapes her?

(I honestly don't understand the whole a woman is "partly" at fault for wearing ANY type of clothing. SHe should be able to run around naked without having to be worried about being raped. It is SOLEY the rapists fault for doing it IMO. Just like a Cheater is the one at fault for cheating)

Sorry but if a girl is rubbing around naked in front of a guy or bunch of guys she doesn't want to have sex with, she's not the classiest of individuals.

Generally speaking, the victim is not at fault for rape.

If you go somewhere with intentions of having sex with someone and/or lead them on entirely. Then you are partially at fault for rape.

But no it doesn't really have anything to do with what they are or aren't wearing.

And rape isn't about sexual pleasure; it's all about control.

So because she's not classy that means they can rape her?

So you're not allowed to change your mind about having sex?

The only one ever at fault for a crime is the criminal.
