My 16 year old DD is living with her bf...

Well she is half the time...when she stays with her dad. Her dad let him move in and I didnt find out until this week....he has been there for 3 months now and they both lied to me about it. They share the same room and the same bed. They have only been together for 6 months

I am so frustrated i dont even know what to do. I talked to my lawyer and he said that there is nothing we can really do...nothing about it is illegal and I have no control over who lives in my ex house as long as they do not put her life in danger. Also if I tried to change the custody agreement (we have EOW right now) if my DD testifies that she wants to live with her dad it is a very high chance that i could lose all custody of her.

My ex sees nothing wrong with it he says that she is old enough to make her own decisions. My DD thinks it is awesome.  I just want to punch my ex in the face.

I guess he really wants to be a grandpa.

I'm sorry.

I would get her on birth control.

Birth control pronto. And not something you have to trust her to take.

She is on birth control. Has been for about 2 years now to regulate her periods so that is the only good thing about it. I also bought her condoms and we had a long long talk about what having a baby really means

Quoting MrsDavidB25:

Get her on birth control. Today.
