Yesterday I had eggs for breakfast. My usual. For lunch I had a piece of frozen pizza. For dinner was 3 thin slices of processed ham (the salty oval shaped kind), corn, and baked sweet potato slices. I also drank some soda and water, instead of just water.
After that little bit of diet change my hands and feet swelled. I had to keep my feet propped up the last few hours. I was craving water, but no matter how much I drank it wasn't enough.
I guess I learned my lesson.
Today I'm only drinking water, and the closest to processed I'm doing with dinner is the store bought bread for hamburgers that I'm making myself. It's just not worth it.
