I bet most adults don't.
How do we know that adults aren't starting outbreaks?

A lot of outbreaks are started by adults.

Less than 10% of adults are UTD, according to the CDC.

Yes.
We have had titers done to confirm immunity and I had a Tdap done while pregnant at the recommendation of my OB.

I have no need to keep up with the MMR - I had all 3 diseases (plus chicken pox) when I was in 2nd grade.  I do get the dtap.  Never have and never will get the flu vaccine.  I'm 57 and have had the flu twice in my life.

I probably need to get another tetanus shot.  I wasn't even aware they offered other vaccines for adults for things like german measles, or chicken pox.

Yes. I've had my titers drawn within the last six months as well.
