Yeah..

I wouldn't use pallets to build something like this. I would actually invest a little money for decent lumber and paint...

Quoting finnbar: Try not to panic. Your redneck neighbors wont keep chickens alive for long. Not with those dogs in such close proximity.
You can only hope they pull down their shoddy coop when it's all over.

Ask if I could buy eggs and perhaps a chicken?

Everything about that back yard screams trashy - no wonder the neighbors have black out on the chain link.

Im sure your neighbors are used to you by  now,

Either that's yours or you jumped the fence to take pictures.
To answer the question I would want fresh eggs on Sunday

I would do nothing. I specifically moved to a neighborhood WITHOUT a homeowners association because I didn't like the idea of my neighbors telling me what I could or couldn't do with my own property. I'm happy to extend that same courtesy to them.

It's actually pictures I stole from my brothers Facebook. Apparently he moved to Arizona and became wife beater wearing, crappy tattooing getting, building chicken coops from whatever he can find white trash yeah......

Pallets and what looks like the sides of office cubicles.... I'm sure that will smell amazing after a while

Tell them that I get free eggs for dealing with the smell and noise. Then I would do a happy dance because I love fresh eggs :)
