I currently am 5'8 and weigh 228 pounds!!! 

i have started drinking only water, and eating healthy. I walk for 30 minutes everyday. what else can I do to lose weight? I'm so fat!

I weigh 215 after having my son, was 165 before I got pregnant and since I'm breast feeding I can't really diet the way I want to

 try doing the daily burn from hulu it help me and its not to overworking u it works you into getting a workout

Keep doing what you're doing.

Eventually start walking longer and adding more types of exercise to your rountine.

Try to walk for 50 seconds jog for ten seconds. After you can easily do that for 15 minutes change it to walk for 40 jog for 20...keep tapering until you're jogging for 15 minutes. Then start to add in some weights or body weight exercises. Good luck! I went from 183-114 you got this!

cut down on bread and pasta. make your portions smaller. I'm trying to lose weight also it's not easy

More exercise (work up to an hour of walking a day) and portion control. It took a long time to get there, it is going to take a bit to get it off. Keep up the good work and best of luck!
