The only baby weight that hardly exists is the weight you have while carrying your child and what comes with them. The extra pounds that you KEEP is NOT baby weight, that is the extra weight you have gained from lack of exercise and improper eating. Stop blaming your baby for your extra fat! Rant over.

EDIT: Let me clarify. I do not have a problem with fat people. I understand that you will gain weight during pregnancy, I have children lol. BUT once I had my DD whatever weight was left was due to McDonald's and lack of exercise NOT my "baby weight". Be fat! Keep extra pounds! But once your child is one and older DO NOT call it baby weight.

EDIT#2: I am NOT AT ALL bothered by the insults some of you women are throwing at me. This is not an angry rant, I actually find it funny. This was never a fat bashing post. And I never said any weight that you keep after a baby is automatically obese. So for all you overweight women taking this personally get over it and actually comprehend what I'm saying before you let your insecurities type for you! Once again, own your fat for what it is wether it's a little or a lot.

You don't comprehend very well I guess. I stated that in the first sentence. But once the baby is out and the extra fat is present, that my friend is no longer baby weight. Read this slowly a few times to make sure you understand.

It took 9 months to get to your biggest. Do you expect it all to go back over night??
