Would you tell the boss?

There's an unpopular slacker at work, who has been out "sick "for almost a month.-and using her accumulated paid sick days. She claims to have some obscure virus.  The work environment is so nice wo her toxic energy.  A coworker saw some recent posts on FB of her out partying, during the time she's claiming to be resting and recuperating.  Would you tell the boss?  She has seniority over a few of us, and there's talk of possible lay offs.  In addition to being a slacker, and not being a team player, she's a liar.

Should we tell our boss?  What would you think about this if you were the boss?

Nope, she has the leave time, it is none of your business how she uses it

But she's using her "sick days", when she's not too sick to party.  That's dishonest.

No. She's using her sick time right? Leave her be, she will hang herself.

Chances are, the boss already knows. I would stay out of it.

Yes dishonest, but still none of your business

But "sick days" aren't to be used for vacation time.

And I'm sure everyone or almost everyone has used a sick day when they could have gone in.

If you tattle on her it's going to make you look immature and unprofessional. Let it alone.
