Yeah, I log my water at the end of the day.

Yeah, I was going to have a boiled egg with lunch, but I wasn't that hungry. Dinner will be with chicken.

Protein? Carbs? Fats?

All of those things are good (and necessary) in moderation.

I am a Home Schooling, Vaccinating, Non spanking, Nightmare Cuddling, Dessert Giving, Bedtime Kissing, Book Reading, Stay at Home Mom. I believe in the benefit of organized after school activities and nosy, involved parents. I believe in spoiling my children. I believe that I have seen the village and I do not want it anywhere near my children. Now for the controversial stuff:  we're Catholic, we're conservative, and we own guns (now there's no need to ask, lol).             Aimee

Breakfast had carbs and fats. I know I'm lacking protein. I am doing chicken at dinner. I may do some avocado for extra fats.

Oh ok. Maybe add some grilled chicken on the breakfast menu. And maybe some tuna (without bread) to the lunch to increase the protein.  Otherwise, seems great what you have eaten.
