He doesn't have a vehicle and I don't let him drive mine so I have to take him everywhere he goes and lately he's been spending all his time 45 miles away with his Aunt who calls and expects him to just jump and come help her every time she calls and she's been cleaning her house and rearranging so that's been every day and it's gotten on my last nerve and he won't tell her No. So then I have to drive all the way there, drop him off, come back or find something to do, then drive back. Im starting to dislike her. OK rant over.

Just tell him you aren't taking him.

Seems simple to me.

Why won't you let him drive your car?

You don't let your husband drive your car?  I am confused.

It's called a bus, 3 dollars ticket, gets you everywhere, he should try it.

Why doesn't he drive and why can't he drive your car? Did you mean DS and not DH? I don't understand...

She can't come get him and use her own gas money and time?

Let him drive your car. Problem solved. I wouldn't even be married to someone who thought it was okay to tell me I couldn't drive THEIR car. Everything is OURS.

Then he just stays there because she never has the gas to bring him home.

Some of us live in places where there are no buses. Where we live it is a good minimum 30 minute drive to any kind of store. We have no taxi services either unless you need a Medicab.
