He punched my DS because "he felt like it, and could" (pics)

I took my 8 year old DS to crash crawlies today (a big indoor play centre) and he came up to me bawling (he doesnt normally cry) holding his bleeding nose. I asked what happened and he a kid punched him. I asked for the story and he told me that he was just walking pass this boy and he punched him

Now while this is happening another little boy comes up crying, this same kid had grapped his head and threw him into a wall. So myself and this other mom went to talk to the manager, we found the day care lady who just happened to be talking to this boy about ANOTHER child that he had hit, I asked him why he did it (there are always two sides and I thought maybe my DS did something even by accident) but nope he just wanted to hurt him. That is what the 10 y/o boy said to me after I asked him (if front of  his daycare leader and the play centres manager)

Not the best but you can kind of see how swollen it is

Yup. I would press charges and demand that child be banned. That's ridiculous.

I'd have a huge problem if any day care lady allowed any other parent to question my child. You'd be damn lucky if I didn't do worse to you than that kid did to your son.
