I am not opposed to homeschooling. I can see the value in it for many families.
However, if you "disagree" with PEMDAS and do not know the difference between your and you're; there, their and they're; to, too and two etc., you have NO business homeschooling your children.
You should have to take a basic proficiency test to be able to homeschool. Sorry, but if you do not have a basic grasp of the English language and functional math skills, you can't possibly educate your child appropriately.
If you do not pass said exam, then you should have to prove HOW you are going to provide an appropriate education for your child (through tutors or homeschooling co-ops, whatever) before you are permitted to homeschool.
Every parent has the right to make educational choices for their children, but if you're going to exercise that right, make damn sure you're capable.
ETA: If you are a public school teacher and you consistently make those mistakes, you ALSO should not be teaching. But the fact that there are crappy public school teachers is not an excuse for you to pass your stupid on to your kids.
