Do you use the flat sheet?

Do you use the flat sheet in a set of sheets? My husband doesn't and it drives me nuts. I grew up with beds made: fitted sheet on the mattress, flat sheet next, a blanket on top of that and then the bedspread. He just wants a blanket and never the flat sheet. So one half of the bed is made my way and the other half his way. Do you use the flat sheet?

Yes we do. I am also very anal about making my bed. It must be made before I leave the house!! I can't sleep in an unmade bed.

Yes, it keeps the blanket from getting sweaty and gross. My husband also used to sleep without a flat sheet, but I changed that :P

Yes a bed to me is not made unless it had the flat sheet. I prefer the feel of it instead of a quilt or bedspread directly on top of me.
