For all you that pack lunches for an adult, what do you make?
I've been packing dh the same thing every day for a while now, and I think it's time for something new.

For myself I usually pack a sandwich with bean spread and veggies and some fruit (apple, pear, some blackberries)

When I did pack DH lunch, I would either pack chicken salad or what ever we had for lunch.

We don't like potato salad and I can't stand the smell of tuna.
I do send potato chips occasionally, but they're flavored ones that I make.

it depends  does he have aces to a microwave? I make my husband several things

1)  bake a turkey (makes tonf  of meals) for lunch ill make   him a  shredded  turkey  dandwhich  with munster cheese

also with leftover turkey i make a turkey  caserole that he can heat up and eat for lunch ( you can use  a bigham same waytoo)

white chicken  enchilladas i make for  dinner then freeze in  2's he can  heat up at work and they are amazing.

2)  soups/chilis. I usually make white chicken  chilis and  section out and freeeze as well/same for soups. He can heat up at work or take in a thermo.

3)His favorite usualy chinese i make fried rice and portion out and freeze as well, with orange chciken he  heats up and its that :)

I serve all of these with  appropriate sides he can say i want chips, or string cheese or fruit and take it in his lunch box.
