good or bad ??

ok so i started working out again .... and I've herd a lot of things about eating some people say the more you eat the more you lose others say no carbs others say you need carbs ..... I'm trying to be as productive as possible ..... any other moms on a health kick or getting rid of baby fat ?

I've been trying to lose weight for a long time. I did low carb, low protein, high carb, high protein, veggie only, etc.

What actually started working for me was: portion size. I measure my food on a food scale, and follow serving suggestions on everything. I started in November at 315lbs, and along with swimming 4 times a week for 30 minutes and free weights I've lost 35lbs and am at 280 right now.
