I like to wrap mine in parchment paper with carrots, asparagus, peas, and whatever other veggie looks good. Season with a little lemon juice and your favorite Mrs Dash seasoning. Cook at 350. Time depends on size. If thinly sliced 15 mins. Thicker it is more time.

I squeeze a lemon over it, roll them around in olive oil with garlic powder, parsley and Tony's. Then, I cut up an onion and throw that on top.

Depends on the thickness of the cut.

Thinner cuts, I'll either sautee them in garlic and butter, or coat them in taco seasoning and blacken them. Don't knock it, it's actually awesome.

Thick cuts or whole filets get wrapped in foil with butter and garlic and tossed in the oven.

Do you roll it in breadcrumbs first?

Flounder is a super thin super mild fish. I make bread it with crumbs, add Lemon and pan fry.

I usually get tilapia it's just what I like best. But I love to bake it different ways. Either just straight in the oven with like old bay seasoning or sometimes I make something that is almost like a scampi sauce which is just a ton of melted butter poured over the fish then add a good bit of garlic and whatever else you want to add. My husband prefers to fry it
