I have lupus and ms. I struggle everyday and i am getting worried i can not take care of my baby. My mom would come over and just sit around bitching. She says all i have are just little aches and pains. I told her to go fuck herself.

Why have a kid you aren't sure you can even take care of?

Good for you. Invisible illnesses suck because people just don't get that the pain is constant and it throbs and your fatigued and on that magical day when the pain is less you do to much and make it worse.
