Food stamp question....

For a family of 7 that made 22,400 last year, how much in food stamps would they get? No child support, no other dependents, no cash assistance. Just curious.

Call your dhs office.
It goes by last months of paystubs for every working person not by yearly.

I think there is an online calculator for that. Google it and look for your state.

No idea, it will depend on your state. Most states have a estimate calulator where you an input your basic infomration and it will tell you how much you might get.

Depends on your state.

It says the max allotment would be 900 and some dollars. That seems so high to me. Does that mean they would get that much or does that amount only apply to people with that family size and no income?

go to the website, it will have an income bracket vs number of people in the house chart, you will see if you can qualify that way but you will not know how much you will get until after you speak with a caseworker and file the paperwork

been doing this for too long, trust me on this one lol :)

I don't know.

I'm not in charge of food stamps
