I think I may be bi polar and it's ruining my marriage and relationship with my kids.

What makes you think you're bi-polar?

Seeing a doctor might be a good place to start.

Gee. If I thought I had something, anything, wrong with my that could be managed with medications, I wonder what I'd possibly do.

It most certainly would consist of coming to CM first.

Talk to a doctor and see what they can do about regulating it with meds. I know it's scary to think about but honestly the first step is admitting that something is wrong. Have you mentioned it to your DH at all?

I'm on meds....but I realize today (it's Sunday so I don't think my regular doc is working) that they are just not working.

I get warm, heart starts racing and anxiety in a stressful situation and feel out of control with my actions. After I calm down, I feel horrible and stressed at the mess I caused.

He knows I'm on meds but is honestly so sick of me. He basically told me it's time for me to change or get out. I don't want to feel like this.

If you feel like it's ruining important aspects in your life this is not a new revelation.
