PMS or pregnancy?

My period isn't due for 8 days or so days, it varies, sometimes my cycle is exactly 31 days other times it's 45+ days. I ovulated roughly on mar 16th-21st, somewhere in there. Ovulation also varies, sometimes it's right after I'm finished bleeding, other times it's not for a week to two weeks. My cycles are outrageously irregular, since I got my tubes tied 23 months ago, today.

Now, why I can't decide if it's PMS or pregnancy; I'm having crampy/pinching pains on my right side where my ovary is, I have a fullness feeling in my uterus, I'm gassy, I'm extra bitchy (more so than my normal PMS bitchiness), I have had to pee an ungodly amount (like every hour or sooner), I'm constipated (generally if it's PMS I have hormonal IBS and my bowels are loose, sorry tmi), my boobs hurt more than usual, my boobs also appear fuller, I'm exhausted, I'm getting more frequent migraines (generally don't have a headache until the day before my period starts.), I'm nauseated, I can smell everything, I'm lightheaded and dizzy, I'm perspiring a lot more, I'm swollen In my hands and feet, and I'm bloated, a lot more than normal for my period.

When would you test? My period, based on a 31 day cycle is not due until the 10th, according to when I ovulated I'm about 12-17 days past ovulation. I'll probably pick up a test today when I go grocery shopping.

I know you can't tell me if I am or not, I'm just curious on your thoughts based on my symptoms.

This site will calculate when to test based on dpo. Obviously if you are charting and temping it'll be way more accurate. Keeps me sane and prevents me from spending too much money on tests.

I'm doing neither, because I'm not trying, my tubes are tied, so idk. I know I ovulated between the 16th&21st though.
