Pregnancy worries! *update* page 3

So I just found out yesterday I'm pregnant at 36! Talk about a shocker since my only dd will be 18 in June. Now I'm having extreme anxiety about miscarriage! I'm a ball of nerves and feel like I am walking on eggshells. Guess I just needed to let that out. How long should I wait to tell family?

Can I still have my coffee? I know I should stop smoking but it's going to be so hard! Any tips? Sorry I feel like a first time mom here.. ;)

I would wait til after 12 weeks, when your chances of miscarriage go down greatly, just like everyone else's.

I had my first at 30 and will be 35 when my second is due in June. I would wait until you're at least 12 weeks. Congratulations!

I had my boys at 37 & 39. We waited until 11-12 weeks to announce.

Quit smoking and a small amout of caffeine is fine.

Relax & breathe. Congratulations!

It's hard because now that the shock is kinda worn off I'm excited!
