He's been caught exchanging messages and wanting to get a hotel room so he could meet with a Certain 17 year old fan.... She didn't believe him and asked him to take a picture with her name on a paper and he did.... Busted.
Well now at least we know he's not he just likes them young.
And yes, she told him she was 17.

So? In most states the age of consent is 16, and who wouldn't consent with James Franco.

Because the age of consent is 16 that you would be ok with your 35 year old brother/uncle/son to sleep with a 16 year old?
