I am not usually this negative but I am sick of these people posting pictures on facebook of themselves with no make up on then saying it's for cancer awareness. Or the guys posting naked pictures with only a sock on their penis and again saying it's for cancer awareness. I'm all for having fun and all but how the heck is that gonna raise awareness? We are all aware you're ugly and have a small dick but that has nothing to do with cancer. If you really wanna show support then go donate money, if you dont have it then donate your time volunteering for the hospitals that. That would mean more to someone with cancer than your stupid selfies.

But...but...this way we don't actually have to do anything.

Im all for anything that gets people talking about the cancer. April is Testicular Cancer Awareness month and my husband is a survivor. He found the cock in a sock thing funny and awesome since many were talking about it. This is a cancer that not many really know about and is often caught way to late.

BE BOLD check your husbands balls, early detection is the key to saving a life

NEED TO KNOW FACTS: TESTICULAR CANCER
✔ One man is diagnosed every hour
✔ One man dies everyday
✔ Can strike at any age, however, most common in the 15-35 age range
✔ Number one killing cancer of young men
✔ MOST CURABLE CANCER, When Caught Early!

My FB selfie says this as a caption (so yes it can help):

#nomakeupselfie breast cancer awareness challenge.
Text FIGHT to 45678 to donate $5

Besides, it gets people thinking and talking about it, and that's a good thing!

My thoughts exactly, I am for anything that has people talking and discussing the situation. I have not seen anyone upset at the all the awareness for breast cancer. My son is in remission from luekemia and anything that helps make people think of cancers when they look to volunteer or donate is more than welcomed by my family.

And for those who want to know September is childhood cancer awareness month.

But in many cases it doesnt talk about thw cancer it just says cancer awareness. Thats what I think is stupid. If they would add one fact of information to their selfie then it would help.

Yours is one I would like. You have added information to it not just said the usual like no make up for cancer.
