I can feed my family of 6 on $200 a month. No coupons.
In march we started meal planning, with a menu for dinner.
I go shopping twice a month and only spend $100 on each trip.

How much does it cost you to feed your family? How big is your family?

Our dinner calendar.
How I do it, I buy in bulk twice a year, and I have meat storage. I also buy chicken, pork chops, etc on sale. I have bulk flour, sugar, canned veggies, etc. before the meat storage I was spending $400 per month sometimes $500 per month. 200-250 every other week. Now I shop with a list, specific for that months recipes and only spend about $100 every other week. Currently I have 17 days worth of my menu recipes ingredients and only spent $100, yesterday.
For lunch we eat leftovers from the night before or a few meals ago.
For Christmas we bough half a cow and filled our freezer, with that. My SIL also hunts but doesn't/can't eat the meat so we pay for it to be butchered. So we have deer and elk meat. If you don't know anybody that hunts, sometimes butcher shops get deer, elk or other animals donated to them or they buy them from people and they sell the meat, same for cows, pigs, etc. the initial cost is big, but the savings afterwards are huge.

Breakdown of monthly expenses:
100 bi weekly for groceries, including produce, fruits, etc.
$20 monthly dog food.
$100 every 2-3 months for toiletries, cleaning supplies, diapers, wipes, etc.
$100 every 6 months for bulk items, flour, sugar, etc.

To stock my freezer it was about $190 for half a cow.

Also, the creamiest, ice cream, and other crap in bags in the door is stuff my mom didn't want and gave to me. I need to throw it away, but haven't yet.

Also if you see any recipes you want just let me know which ones and I'll be happy to post them. ;)

How do you manage that?

We feed a family of 4 on roughly 400 a month.

I have 4 kids full time, one comes home on the weekend and one comes and goes a few times a week. So we feed anywhere from 6-8 at any given time (used to be 10, but two have moved out) add 2 more on Friday nights when my DD and her boyfriend come over.

I spend anywhere from $250-$350 every two weeks.

Edited to add thats for 3 meals a day since I homeschool.

Side question...hows your cheek?

I'm trying to come up with meal plans. I've tried to find some already made ones lol I'm lazy like that.

I want to make our budget around $300-350 for the month. We spend around $400 right now and there's 4 of us.

Meal planning. Hang on I'll take a pic of my calendar. I also buy things in bulk, and have meat storage. Which helps, before though I was feeding a family of 6 on $200, with meat included in that.
