Don't sit down.

Granted 4 hours a sleep is my norm.

Once in college, I went through a whole week only catching 30 minute naps every 12-15 hours

Don't eat anything carb heavy.  You'll be out like a light.

My 9 year old decided to jump in the shower(using the bathroom right next to my bedroom) at 4:00 in the morning. I had been up and down all night (from about midnight) with my 2 year old who is not used to her toddler bed and kept falling out.

I guess for the two year old, we need to get a side rail. I thought that the one that came on the bed would be enough, but nope, lol
