Need a recipe

I am meeting my girlfriends at a local park on Saturday to celebrate a milestone birthday for one of them. I need recipe idea for a dish or appetizer to share.

It can be cooked, but shouldn't need to be reheated.

Shouldn't require refrigeration.

Should be fairly easy to eat by hand, or easily with a fork (spaghetti is out, for example)

Thanks in advance

Caprice salad bites. Cherry or grape tomatoes halved, fresh basil, FRESH mozzarella, put on fancy toothpicks, drizzle with balsamic vinegar

Buffalo Chicken Salad, if you Gals like spicy!

Romaine lettuce mixed with ice burg lettuce (like a regular salad), tomatoes, shredded carrot (you get the idea). Cook up bite size pieces of chicken in a pan with some Tabasco sauce. Put the chicken over the salad and toss it with ranch dressing. You can wait to toss the chicken and dressing with the salad until you are just about to eat at the park. It's addicting!
