On my court order my ex and I have ROFR. On our court order it states if my ex is going to be gone more than 3 hours that I have to be notified and if I want to take him I can. Same goes for him. Everytime I leave my child with someone longer than three hours I always call him. He always turns down my offer.

So anyways I found out he left my son overnight with one of his friends when he went out and partied never notified me I am so mad. I told him if this ever happens again I will be filing contempt. Am I wrong?

No, you have a binding, legal agreement. I'd be pissed, too.

You have the right to file contempt since he violated a court order.
