My ds is only 15 yrs old can baby mama still go after him for CHILDSUPPORT ?

Is he too young to pay child support or will childsupport make us pay...is that even legal..should we hire a attorney just in case ?

He could be nine and still have to pay. Its not fair that only she has to pay anything when he helped create it.

Shouldn't matter either way.  Someone (i.e. you until your son has a job) should pay to help support the child.

He is still obligated to pay.

She can (and should) if hes old enough to lay down and make a baby than you are old enough to help support it

Hire an attorney...and expect he will have to pay.

At 15 he can get a work permit and start working. If he didn't want to be a father he should of made sure to keep it in his pants.

State of California goes after the grandparents aka you the parents til the said child is working full time and able to pay the full amount of support.
