Doing a mud run. TMI

I am doing another mud run and obstacle course run in June. I have done two in the past. Problem is that when I run, I pee a little. No matter how much I pee before hand. I used a pad the last two runs and one run it blew up pretty big from getting wet. The other run it exploded and I ended up covered in the jelly stuff from it. I don't like the feeling of pee running down my leg or my leggings/shorts being wet. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to use, instead of a pad that will explode?
Yes, I have done kegal exercises. I did them my entire pregnancy and still do them. They haven't helped at all.

Humm I'm surprised they don't have an alternative to just that.

Are you using a maxi pad or a poise type  pad?

Ha my Dr told me to try that. I went to another Dr who laughed and said let's face it you can do weighted kegals all day everyday they're a huge joke. There are some medications you can try.

Have you tried something like the Poise brand that's thin & actually meant for that?

I have tried both. The poise pad exploded. The max was very swollen and about to explode.
